We are one of a few bouncy castle companies that carry our own public liability insurance. You are welcome to view our policy on delivery, just ask when you make the booking.
*Note;
please do not hire from a company that can not prove that they have their Own insurance, they are charging you for this, but most don't have insurance .
We will also have a hire agreement with you, that you the hirer , must sign before payment.
This will spell out clearly the safety procedures that we expect you to adhere to, when using the equipment. User safety is paramount to us. Please ask us any questions about the operation of the inflatable that may concern you when we arrive and we will be happy to help .we will give a brief tutorial on the operation of the equipment on delivery to ensure that you are comfortable in operating the equipment.
